  I love Dunkin donuts coffee. I go to the ones in Batavia almost everyday and know a lot of the staff by name. I have never had a good experience at the one in Bergan. Today alone they messed up my coffee, one of the girls who took my order was so rude. Very unprofessional when you work in a customer service field you should be polite to your customers. I will start making the extra couple mile drive anywhere but there. Totally ruined my morning.

  BIG RIP OFF ON GAS. they claim to have non ethanol gas but have two grades CLEARLY marked NON ETHANOL on the pumps. After I filled my cans I asked why they had two grades of non ethanol and they said they didn't only the 91 octane was non ethanol its just that the signs were too big and it showed that both grades were non ethanol. Sounds like a rip off to me if they know it and do nothing to correct it. Maybe the states attorney general should decide if it's legal or false advertising.
